$3,500 per person (all-inclusive weekend experience)

Travel

• Guests are responsible for transportation to the venue
• Most attendees will be within the DMV area (driving distance)

Payment & Refund Policy

• $50 nonrefundable registration + background check fee required upfront
• After approval, guests may pay in full or set up a payment plan
• Full payment must be completed no later than December 30, 2025 (one month before the retreat)
• All funds are non-refundable after January 1, 2026
• Guests may transfer their spot to another approved participant if unable to attend
