Refund Policy

  • 46–60 days before retreat weekend → Full refund
  • 31–45 days before retreat weekend → 50% refund
  • 30 days or less before retreat weekend → No refund
  • Reservations may be transferred to another qualified guest, provided they complete the application, pass the background check, and are approved prior to attending.
