Refund Policy
46–60 days before retreat weekend → Full refund.
31–45 days before retreat weekend → 50% refund.
30 days or less before retreat weekend → No refund.
Reservations may be transferred to another qualified guest, provided they complete the application, pass the background check, and are approved prior to attending.
Terms & Conditions
Registration is not complete until all of the following are satisfied: (1) your application has been submitted in full, (2) your background check has been completed and approved, and (3) your payment has been received in full by the stated deadline.
Only after all three steps are completed will your reservation for the retreat weekend be confirmed.
Code of Conduct
Guests must follow the Code of Conduct at all times.
Love Cove Retreat reserves the right to remove any attendee for misconduct, fighting, harassment, or violation of the Code of Conduct, without refund.
Removed guests are responsible for arranging their own travel home.
Privacy Policy
All guest information is confidential and used solely for retreat operations.
Background check results are not shared with other attendees.
By attending, you consent to Love Cove Retreat using photos or video captured during events for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
